- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full credit or refund for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
- PLEASE NOTE: we may not be able to accept returns on opened supplements or any ingestible products due to their sensitive nature. For any questions please contact us.
- Items returned in new condition with original packaging longer than 30 days after the delivery date may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.

- Before you request return, please report any issues to our customer service team through contact us form. If you need to speak with customer service, please request a call back via the contact form. We will do our best to resolve any issues immediately.
- Should you need to “cancel” an order for a refund please contact us immediately before the shipment is processed.
- To request a refund please fill out the form to the right and provide as much details as you. We will process your request quickly during business hours.
- Upon receipt of your request, we will email you a return shipping label. Please follow the instructions in the email to send the products back to us.
- A refund will be initiated as soon as the return mail has been received.
